Asheville, the new Portland? Ten culinary and brew experiences you won't want to miss

That's right I said it. And phew, boy am I glad to get that off my chest. 

Perched high in the mountains, crunchy as all get out and boasting more breweries per capita than any U.S. city, you can see why I'd make the connection. Thirty two hours was hardly enough with all there is to do and see, so you could say we were somewhat limited in our en-devours. But the general consensus was to do what Asheville natives do best, judge our surroundings by the quality of the beer and the diversity of decent, well-priced food options.
